I help people to discovery more about themselves, throught exercises and techniques based on books like Management Yourself (Paul Morgan) and The Manager CoachingToolkit (Dr David Allamby). Since I found the fre*e Program, I starte to use the information I also discovery in the AudioClasses and the PDF documents, and reading all blogs related.
