This summer I healed-off about 25 lbs of excess that found its way into my structure. WHat is amazing to me is that while I knew I was ever so slowly became bigger than was natural or comfortable, with the creeping gradualism quality, I really didn't notice just how much my body was taking on.

So many people do not comprehend how such a process happens and are so quick to judge weight itself as some measure of a person, and they could not be farther from the TRUTH, eh?

I am from Michigan, Ann Arbor is the city of my love, and my "for a time and a day stay" in OK has taken on a time frame I had not imagined. Yet, home is wherever I am.
