I am an Intuitive Eating coach, specializing in helping clients overcome the destructive diet roller coaster and emotional overeating. I have also been a fitness motivation coach in the past. I've been a coach since 1998 and I am certified by Wellcoaches as well as holding a Master's Degree in exercise physiology.
