Thanks, Jude, that is a message I am thrilled to relate; to convey the dedication to mastery that is required for the IAC's high standard. I don't know if any of us really "get" that until we make the decision to walk the path! One of the most profound decisions of my life, for sure!

I'd like to say the understanding I've gotten through excellent teaching of each mastery through a month of classes around each and practice coaching with each makes a world of difference. I can sooo tell the difference when I buddy coach with someone who is outside of SCM when we discuss what masteries we heard and do critiques.

Going through practicums at SCM is really helpful to get focused feedback on your strengths and weak spots to improve on.

Train well with instructors steeped in the IAC masteries. Then train some more with others on your same path. Experience a variety of "experts" and form your own style when you are ready.

Hello everyone!

This month I will be speaking at the Shanghai Coaching Conference discussing coaching mastery and coaching trends.

I'd love to represent each and every one of you in China. Do you, as coaches who are working toward certification via the SCM, have anything you'd like conveyed to our Asian colleagues?

Yea Jude! (As opposed the Hey Jude??) Congratulations on passing the exam! As you know, it's not a "give-away", you've got to know your stuff, which you apparently you do!
