You can choose how often they show up in your inbox. Mike Dooley is the author and boy, can he articulate it so it's a big "Duh" and you enjoy a chuckle. Natalie Tucker Miller turned me on to it a year of so ago and it's been one of the first emails I open everyday, since. Their free ecards are great, too. - Julia

Another way to connect on the web is to have your own radio show. http://www.iradeo.com/ will give you your own for free. If you're in the experimental stage, experiment with at least 3-4 methods of web connection, to find what works for you. Then, FOCUS.

This one could help you become famous (One coach I know already got on TV because she helped with this). Super great example of Servant Entrepreneurship. It's called Help a Reporter Out (HARO).

You sign up and three times a day you get an email with a list of media people who need quotes and interviews from knowledgeable people for the stories that they're working on. If you've ever wanted to host online meetings but found the services available either too expensive or too complicated, you're in for a nice surprise: A basic account at Dim Dim is FREE, including your own free teleconference line. And enterprise versions are very reasonable also. I'm testing it out myself and Dee Taviner sent me a couple of favorable reviews on Dim Dim from BBC Online and PC World. Thanks Dee!

Many coaches avoid reading/watching the "news" because it tends to be overwhelmingly negative. Most news and media come out of the old "blame and be blamed" paradigm that has up 'til now has dominated our culture. Previously, we only had the choice between being uninformed or being negatively informed. Not pretty.
